Data deletion instructions

You can delete the data Scaleboard holds at any time. Choose what you want to remove:

Remove one ad account's data

• Open Settings › Ad accounts in your workspace.
• Click the trash icon next to the ad account and confirm.

The ads, creatives and daily metrics synced from that account are deleted straight away.

Stop Scaleboard from reading your ad platforms

• Facebook: Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations, then remove Scaleboard.
• TikTok for Business: remove the Scaleboard app from your advertiser's authorized apps in TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center.
• Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Scaleboard.

After that, Scaleboard can no longer read new data. Delete the ad accounts in Scaleboard as above to remove what was already synced.

Delete your whole account

• If you pay for a plan, cancel it first under Settings › Billing › Manage billing.
• Open Settings › Profile and choose Delete account.

This deletes your profile and every organization you own, with all of its workspaces, ad data, reports, alerts, chats and saved inspiration. Organizations owned by someone else keep their data; ask their owner if you want something removed there.

Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, or you received a deletion request from Facebook, email privacy@usescaleboard.com from the address on your account. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. Copies in backups are overwritten within 30 days.
