Questions business owners ask us
Ads Manager is free. Why would I pay for this?
Ads Manager shows you rows of ads. It does not group the same video across five campaigns into one creative, tell you the hook rate, explain why one won, or email you the morning ROAS drops. Scaleboard does, and it answers in Bahasa Melayu. Most owners pay for the hours they get back and the budget they stop wasting, not for the charts.
I already have an agency. Do I still need this?
Many of our best users are agency clients. Scaleboard gives you your own view of the numbers, so the monthly report becomes a conversation instead of a surprise. Agencies like it too: invite them as a team member and share the same reports.
How much ad spend makes it worth it?
As a rule of thumb, from about RM5,000 a month and at least a few new creatives a month. Below that, there is not enough to compare, and we would rather you keep the money. The calculator above shows the break-even for your own spend.
I am not technical. Can I set it up myself?
Yes. You sign in with Facebook, TikTok or Google, pick the ad account, and the rest is automatic. There is nothing to install and no pixel to add. If you can use Ads Manager, you can use this.
Can Scaleboard change or spend on my ads?
No. We ask for read access only. We read your ads, creatives and results, and never create, edit, pause or pay for anything in your ad accounts.
Which platforms do you support?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads and Google Ads, including YouTube video ads. Sales that happen outside your ads, such as organic TikTok Shop orders, are not included yet.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You get 14 days with the Growth plan limits. Choose a plan when you are ready, pay in ringgit, and cancel any time from the billing page.
Where is my data kept, and can I delete it?
Your data stays private to your organization. Disconnecting an ad account deletes its synced data, and deleting your account deletes everything you own. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010; the Privacy Policy has the details.
