Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Scaleboard ("we", "us") for the use of Scaleboard (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.
1. The Service
Scaleboard reads advertising data from the ad accounts you connect (Meta, TikTok and Google Ads) and shows it as creative analytics: reports, sprints, leaderboards, alerts, share links, AI tagging, AI analysis and AI chat, and an inspiration library. We may improve and change features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
- Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization.
- Only connect ad accounts you are authorised to access, and make sure your use of their data complies with the platform's terms.
3. Free trial, plans and payment
- New organizations get a free trial of 14 days. When it ends, choose a paid plan to keep using the Service.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires.
- Each plan has limits on workspaces, ad accounts and team members. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
- If a payment fails and is not fixed, we may limit access until it is.
4. Your data
You own the data you connect or add ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only to provide and secure the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Share links you create make a report viewable by anyone who has the link until you turn it off.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload content you have no right to use;
- use saved inspiration to copy others' ads in a way that infringes their copyright or trademarks;
- attempt to access other customers' data, probe or overload the Service, or get around plan limits or security;
- resell the Service without our written agreement.
6. Third-party platforms
The Service relies on the APIs of Meta, TikTok, Google, Stripe and others. They may change or withdraw access, which can affect features. Scaleboard is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their own terms apply to your use of their platforms.
7. AI features
AI output is generated automatically from your data and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important numbers in the reports before acting on them. You are responsible for decisions you make using the Service.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Data from ad platforms may be delayed or revised by the platforms.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost advertising spend, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after notice where reasonable. After an account is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, and email account owners about significant changes before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
